Ancestry.co.uk membership…?

I’ve just signed up for the 14-day free trial on Ancestry.co.uk. I entered my credit card details and posting address successfully and got the confirmation e-mail congratulating me on my membership…. except I can’t do anything…
Whenever I try to access anything restricted to non-members, it tells me to sign up. Except… I have?
If there’s something glaringly obvious and stupid that I’ve not done, please tell me! Any help is appreciated.

We had the same problem. There was a delay in the credit card approval. (Not the problem with Ancestry.com, but they didn’t let us access until the credit cleared. It turned out our credit company had blocked the payment.) They have a number to call, so I’d do that and find out what the problem is.

Go to ancestry.com.uk, then to help (upper right hand corner), then go to the tab: Email Ancestry and fill in the form with your problem.
