Ancestry.com Question.. Does anyone Use it?

I have been searching for my Grandmothers ancestors. We dont no anything about her family because she was adopted. With a little research, I found her birth father on ancestry.com…I dont have a membership, but I did use the free trial at the time. When I looked his name up, it said that there was an image, and it had a number next to the word image. When I tried to view the image, the site would not bring up the picture. Does anyone no if its because I did not have a paid membership? I am so anxious to see what just one of my ancestors looked like. How can I see That image?
