In Filipino culture, older cousins than my children are aunts/uncles, what are they in other cultures?

Based upon Western family genealogy, only my siblings are referred to as aunts/uncles by my children. Technically, they are referred to as “1st cousins, once removed.” etc… What do other cultures, including the American or Spanish or any other cultures call the relationship of a full cousin to my children?

As the person above me said, cousins are just cousins & so on…in my family @ least, we’re Mexican-American.
